terms and conditions

By accessing or using our lawn care and landscaping website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website, your interactions with our business, and any lawn care or landscaping services you request through our website. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

Our website provides general information about our lawn care, landscaping, maintenance, and related services. While we make reasonable efforts to keep all information accurate and current, service descriptions, availability, pricing, scheduling, and other details may change without notice. Information provided on the website should not be considered a guarantee of specific results.

When requesting a quote, booking a service, or contacting us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. This may include your name, contact details, property information, and details about the services you require. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may affect our ability to provide accurate estimates or properly schedule and perform requested services.

Quotes and estimates provided by us are based on the information available at the time of assessment. The final cost of a service may vary depending on property conditions, lawn size, access, materials, additional work, or circumstances discovered during service. Any additional work or charges should be communicated to the customer where reasonably possible before the work is completed.

Service appointments are subject to availability and may need to be rescheduled because of weather, property conditions, equipment issues, staff availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes and arrange an alternative service time when possible.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property when services are scheduled. Any pets, personal belongings, vehicles, furniture, toys, or other items that could interfere with lawn care or landscaping work should be moved or secured before our team arrives. We may be unable to complete certain services if conditions present an unreasonable safety risk.

We aim to provide professional and careful lawn care services using appropriate equipment, materials, and techniques. However, lawn and landscape conditions can be affected by weather, soil quality, pests, disease, existing plant conditions, irrigation, and other factors outside our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee particular growth, appearance, or long-term results in every situation.
